There's Much more but you have to find what works for you and to auto-post on any app you need a Facebook page so this is one of the opportunities

PODCAST: before you start the podcast write out what you want to say get headphones with a good microphone normal string headphones would do as long as it sounds nice

APP: Anchor try Google podcast personally I haven't done it but it's Google so hope it's good

My advice is to have a recording app, not a podcast app but a recording app so the recording is always yours no matter where you upload it so you can share it to different platforms

Remember there is not only one platform out there there's about a million with thousands of people on it the but it's all about finding the platform you're comfortable with and where you see opportunities for growth
